15th Edition of our Annual Class Neige!
THIS ACTIVITY HAS ENDED. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!
The Domaine Neige, birthplace of Ice Cider, invites you to the 15th edition of our famous Classe Neige. It’s our annual open doors event! For this special occasion, the Domaine Neige cidery will remain open every weekend in January. This is a unique opportunity to witness first hand, and fully understand the work that goes into creating Ice Cider, straight from the source where the IGP (geographical protected identity) for Ice Cider was developed.
The Domaine Neige welcomes you to our annual winter harvest Classe Neige festivities meant for grown ups.
January is a crucial month of production for Ice Cider and this occasion will give you the chance to learn about our local gem. The Classe Neige festivities includes a guided tour of cidery, a glass of sparkling cider Bulle de Neige upon arrival, a tasting paired with a curated selection of local Québec cheeses. The whole event takes place in a festive ambience, with music, a camp fire, and other surprises!
A truly unique experience!
This year, Classe Neige continues into Nature Class
For the 15th edition of Classe Neige, Parc Safari (Located only 3 km from Domaine Neige) will exceptionally open its doors to allow participants of Classe Neige to continue their Montérégie outing with a “Nature Class” during which guests will have the possibility to meet two young cheetahs; ambassadors of their endangered species. Meet and greet with the conservation specialists from Parc Safari as well as Mois and Jelanie… the teenage cheetahs. Participants will get to interact with the two felines born at Parc Safari last May. Dress warmly to participate in both these learning experiences catered for adults.
